The story began in 1971 in Vigevano, where Franco Landino, a highly skilled artisan, started to produce winter shoes and après-ski boots.
The initial idea has always been the creation of shoes, designed to satisfy the wide world of the sophisticated mountain; with the production of high quality après-ski shoes where “La Thuile”,mountain village in Valle d’Aosta, gave our story its name.
